Head/ear congestion, but nose feels fine?

Hi, all,

I'm now Day 7 post op and am confused by the fact that I can breath

normally through my nose--there seems to be no obstruction there--but

my ears and inner head feel plugged up. Is this normal? Anyone else

experienced this? (I had upper/genio.)
