chin and bottom lip numbness

On 02/17/04, I had a Lefort 1 Maxillary Osteotomy (upper set back)

and genioplasty (chin). I have only had two problems. First, I

developed a sinus infection which caused my nose to bleed with an

awful smell. The sinus infection finally subsided after about one

week. Second, my chin and bottom lip remain numb. The Surgeon

indicates that it will take a little time for this to subside. For

those of you who have completed the healing process, how long did it

take for the numbness to subside?
