I read your message at Orthognathicsurgerysupport group and since you

welcomed comments and questions I decided to email you few questions

that I hope will help me make a better informed decision to pursue or

not surgery in my case. I hope you are all better by know and judging

by the tone of your message you are.

First how did you determine that you need SARPE? Did you do that on

your own or at suggestion of your dentist. Did you have any breathing

problems before or after the surgery?

Did you have any TMJ problems before or after the surgery?

You mentioned that you will have another surgery to move you jaw

forward. Do you know what kind of operation that will be? LeFort?

What about braces did you need them before or after the surgery?

I am 26 old and most likely I will need SARPE and some sort of jaw

advance so I am trying to do determine best course of the action to
