Guest guest Posted December 31, 2001 Report Share Posted December 31, 2001 if you put a vege cap in glass of water you can see how it will seal over the enzymes. what actually happens in the stomach is hard to tell becuase there is a lot of movement in it. put a vegecap inside a gel cap is sorta defeating the purpose i think. sprinkling on food seems to be what is done by most parents, but i am still feeling thate gel caps would be the best solution. you may find zyme prime is also necessary. > I just bought some gel caps at the health food store.
