Guest guest
Hello Britt, Hope you will be feeling better soon. You have already gotten some great advice from other veterens here. The humidifier really helped me too. Has anyone mentioned to you the term " hitting the wall " ? It seems that we all reach a point of depression, or peak of swelling, let down from the steroids, frustration with drinking, something that kind of pushes you over the edge so to speak. I hit mine at day 6 post-op, I cried, which made me feel worse and more congested. I'm not trying to scare you, just be aware of it. Your body has taken an incredible assult, it needs to heal. And sometimes only rest and time will help. Know that you have help from this site, we are here for your questions or if you just need to " vent " . a > I am assuming that feeling pressure from swelling is common.
