hello,

i just got back from the ortho today regarding correcting my overbite. I already

had braces

as a kid but they didn't do much more than straighten my teeth. i have a 9mm

overbite

and big front teeth. The ortho said the only option was surgery to advance my

lower jaw.

I'm trying to research the effects of numbness. How long lasting it is, and how

long term it

can be. Does anyone on this site know of any good resources or studies on this?
