Hi, Beth. I *so* needed to read your email just now. I am on day-three

post-op from upper and lower, and it has been pretty rough. I am

tightly banded, which has made it ... challenging to breathe! It is

always helpful to read a post from somone who is more advanced and not

so " down " about it as I am right now. I'm glad to hear that you're

doing pretty well, and I have hope to be right behind you in the healing!
