It is common to have a negative reaction the first couple of weeks to

both probiotics and to enzymes. This is especially true with high

strength products.

Many times this reaction is good since it is causes by a die-off of

bad bacteria or other corrections in the gut.

has done a good job of discussing this and including

information in the files. You may want to read this section

(click " File " , second item on the left hand column).

We suggest that parents begin with smaller doses of probiotics and

enzymes and increase as tolerated, recognizing that some negative

reaction is normal.

Thanks for the response Dave ( & )- She did start with a very

small amount & he still went through the roof. I guess she'll have

to try & take it even slower.
