You said you have a drink with enzymes in which you sip throughou the day-

what drink is it and how many enzymes do you put in it?

I am virtually gluten free because my boys are, and for me, that wasn't too

much of a problem, but live off chocolate. I am going to do the enzymes

properly ( New years resolution to sort myself out!) on the hope that I can

lessen all my sensory problems, but really can't get my head around when I

actually take the things if I just have a chocolate or cracker and cream

cheese, throughout the day.

I caved in last time I tried this as the casein craving was far too great

and I was feeling drunk all the time. This time I am determined( says she

staring at a champagne truffle!)

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Thanks Jacqui
