Flying tips?

Hi All. I had maxillary and mandibular osteotomies three weeks ago.

So far, adjusting. I'm planning to do some flying in the near future.

Under " normal " circumstances, I sometimes have trouble with pressure

in my ears and sinuses when I fly. I'm wondering if post-surgical

flying will be disasterous...or no different? Anyone have experiences

I can learn from?

I'll be seeing the doctor soon, and will of course ask his opinion;

but you all are the ones with the real life experiences.
