Guest guest Posted August 29, 2003 Report Share Posted August 29, 2003 I found and was told that this is a Great Chewable Vitamin to take after my surgery Centrum Advance Formula Multvitamin has everything and only would have to take one a day.Sounds great to me.Plus don't taste bad too Orange flavor.13 Vitamins and 10 Minerals all in one.The only thing might need is the Vitamin B12 shot which I was also better then the tablet under the tonge.The cost is cheap 9.00 for 50 tablets.And also found a Whey Protein Powder that was around 12 to 14 dollars a big container.Not to bad and in chocolate.I hope this helps someone whom can't afford to spend alot.God Bless and Have a great weekend and Labor Day.a friend debkroll of Iowa.
