Guest guest
Hello everyone, I presently have a severe Class III underbite. I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment which costs around $7000 CAD (roughly $5500 USD). The treatment will last three years and include aligning the teeth (that are presently misaligned) as well as post- orthognathic-surgery treatment that will refine the bite structure. And by the way, the surgery will cost an additional $4000 CAD (or around $2000 USD) on top of the orthodontic treatment cost. It was a mistake for me not to do a comparison shopping because the orthodontist I went to is fairly well-known. I know it's too late to question the cost, but do you think it's reasonable for me to be charged that amount for the orthodontic treatment? And how about the surgery cost? Thank you for your input. Sincerely.
