Guest guest
Dear , I think you're doing better than you think you are. How much protein (between powder and milk, if you use milk) do you get from your shake? 2 oz. of Tuna is worth about 28 grams by itself. 4 oz. or so of pintos is worth another 9 grams and if you had any cheese with them, that boosts it higher. I suggest losing the carbs if at all possible (other than the ones from the fruits). This will leave you more room for fluids and proteins. Ideally, if you can up your protein by having two shakes per day for a while plus the little food you're eating, it will help you dramatically. Also, whatever you're mixing your shakes with counts toward your fluid intake as well. It's not just straight ounces of water. live each day like it's your last... love like you've never been hurt...
