If you are not GFCF then prepare for some withdrawal reaction from the Peptizyde breaking down the peptides. Even if you are GFCF, there can still be some of this. I was able to discontinue most other supplements after we started enzymes. But I would suggest waiting until you have been on the enzymes awhile, at least a good month. I still give a multivitamin just for overall maintenance. In general, the enzymes will help the vitamins/supplements become more available to the body - so more effective. I buy epsom salts at Walmarts, Target, the local grocer, pharmacy, just about anywhere. Try the section where they sell foot remedies, bandaids, laxatives, heating pads and stuff like that. The salts are considered for soaking soar feet and aches and pains. If I ask for magnesium sulfate, people here say they don't have any, but if I ask for epsom salts, they say " oh, right over there.
