Guest guest
I haven't been following this conversation too closely, but it sounds like a nice convenient way of giving enzymes when out. But, what if a child can't have chocolate?? Mine never has & the nutritionist recommended keeping him off it because it's a phenol. Thanks again, Michele
Guest guest
Hi , Unfortunately, he can't have peanut butter either (another phenol). He can have almond butter but he's not too crazy about it. Thanks, Michele
Guest guest
Michele, if you can use peanut butter, you can smoosh pb and darifree together to make a " dough " and smoosh enzymes in there. Also, I just smooshed together some Spectrum shortening (gf/cf no soy/corn) with Ovaltine to make a " dough " for the enzymes...you could substitute something else powdery and flavored for the Ovaltine. It is pretty convenient to take along with you when you're eating out. Plus, my son loves to eat it!!
