Nope. No such thing as a wuss, here...

Baby, look at what you had done.

Pre=ops, stop reading here.

But you had your whole lower face taken apart and put back together.

You had chemicals you don't usually use flowing through your body and

brain. You cannot eat the way you're accustomed to doing, and can't

even be smooched in the usual way, by your kids, husband or mom.

Now, Mom may be doing her best. But I'm thinking she's looking out

for the kids, just now. (And hey! How marvelous! You don't have to

worry about that one now!!)

So you take your own fun, pleasure, ease, relaxation, whatever,

wherever you can find it.

All of you will get it back on track. But you just need some good

time for yourself to get there.

So. Keep on keeping on. Do anything you can think of that won't

remind you of your mouth and your face, and make yourself feel

better!!!

There is no rush to return to the usual grind. That's why we (and our

bosses) need some medical leave time, occasionally. I am quite

willing to work much unpaid overtime if my employer needs it, and

I'll bet you are, too. But in return, I expect and am most fortunate

to get, some slack when things go physically foul on this front.
