Looks like my list topics have enough interest to spark a file

posting. I've posted the PDF file of my Qs&As both here, and on

Site2 under the Files area. Please use with caution as it is only

one humble pre-op man's version of what I've gathered here over the

past year. (Wow, it's nearly a year since I got my spacers!!!)
