The State Insurance Commission has found in my favor against Neighborhood! I WON!!! It is only a preliminary finding and they still have 10 days to change their minds and then Neighborhood has the option to appeal the decision and take it to the appeals court but for the first time since this whole thing started I have seen a glimmer of hope! THANK YOU all SO MUCH for everything. It has been because of you guys that I kept fighting and that I may actually have a chance of getting my surgery. You guys are the best!
