Guest guest
ie, Welcome home. Actually, I started the milkshakes and such almost right away. You just have to be careful not to make them too thick because you can easily choke on even them. Eventually, you will be able to gradulally thicken up everything you " eat " and it won't be so bad. Hang in there. Oh, btw...being short is no problem here...we all understand. I tend to be long winded because I naturally talk a lot and not being able to talk caused these fingers to do a whole lot of walking over this keyboard. Now that I'm able to talk (and very well, I might add)...I'm still long winded only now it's both orally and in writing. :-) Happy healing. Smooches Home Hello...i havent posted on here that much, but i had my upper and lower surgery this past tuesday. No numbness on my lower jaw, lost of swelling on both sides of my nose, no bruising. it looks awesome i think....except for the swelling. i have had a little problem breathing through my nose, but that comes and goes. the liquid diet is getting old and i cant wait til i can eat some milkshakes and stuff. when did you all start eating stuff like that? sorry to be so short but its only friday and im still in a lil pain, but its been a decent experience so far. thanks you all ie
