Everyone is in my prayers for good health and peace of mind. I have become more comfortable with all the ups and downs of this disease due to the sharing and consultation each of you has so kindly given to me over the past few years. Struggling with the emotional side of this disease is equal to the physical side. My doctors have noted a more positive attitude toward accepting the condition and I credit it to support from all of you. I wanted to share this with you and thank you! I have been contacted by a Carol online (Kenocarol@...) regarding RP. (Has anyone else???) I am not sure how she got my e-mail. I have told her about the yahoo group and the RP Support Foundation. I am thrilled to see this idea take seed and become real! Thank you and big hugs to all who worked hard on this huge project. It felt good to be able to tell her about the support foundation and to receive the newsletter. I will be thinking and praying for each of you and everyone take care! Guest guest Posted March 4, 2001 Report Share Posted March 4, 2001 Cheryl, welcome back to the " front " . It's hard to get too far down in the dumps with this group! They are so upbeat and cheerful despite all the garbage we go thru. When I first joined (last summer), I was just terrified, thought RP was a death sentence for sure, now I know better and I certainly laugh a whole lot more which makes the rest of the stuff easier to deal with.
