Orthognathic and Rhinoplasty at the same time? Cheek Implants?

When I was at my OS getting the molds taken of my teeth, he said that

while I was under, they could also do a rhinoplasty at the same time.

Sounds like an extreme makeover to me. We also talked about getting

cheek implants -- anyone out there have those?
