I wrote an article about how laughter actually does help healing.

Very, very cool!!! Such is my recent fasination with funny movies.

I watched Office Space at the hospital (hubby brought his computer and

a DVD of the movie! and I laughed with no problem. I'm pretty numb. I

haven't had much pain, thankfully. I had a little bit in my lower

jaw--feels a little achey. I've just taken Tylenol, since I've been

afraid of the heavy-duty painkillers since some of them cause

nausea--and I think I have a tender tummy nowadays (that and my

immediate post-op blood-in-the-stomach nausea!).

(Cammie, I agree that Blazing Saddles was meant to be watched under

the influence, because I just saw it two weeks ago, and didn't think

it was the funniest movie ever made, as it has been called. It made me

chuckle, but not roll on the floor. But, then again, I was only half

watching it.)

So, for now, bring on the funny movies! I may feel differently next week!
