Guest guest
There are 4 grams in a sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast. Add 8 grams for the skim milk that 12 grams altogether. Add 1/4 cup of powdered milk that's another 8 grams. Good Luck Cheryl Risley Lap, 7/22/03 lost 34 pounds > > > Hi, I found this group last night and think it may be my > salvation. > > I > > > had surgery in Michigan and drove back here to Louisiana on > > Thursday, > > > 3 weeks post-op. Guest guest
Jill, When mixed with 6oz of skim milk, the Carnation Instant Breakfast has 10 grams of protein. I started at 286. At my two week check, I had lost 22 lbs. I see my surgeon on Thursday so I am curious to see how much more I've lost. Thanks, Debann How are you doing on your weight loss. I started at 299 and am now 276.
