Best general suggestion I can offer is to talk with your surgeon, see if he has an insurance person in his office, and ask for help. Usually there's somebody there who knows his/her way through the insurance thicket. Good wishes to you. And try not to let yourself get panicked. After all, and I do understand your having a preference about the " whens, " this stuff will or won't happen when it can, and you'll deal with the outcome. Honestly. Most people are very sympathetic and helpful, once they understand a bit about what's going on.
