Guest guest
Hi Kris, That sounds terrible, and much worse than what I've been experiencing! I did clench my teeth during my sleep pre-op but I hope I'm not still doing it. It's definitely not caffeine withdrawal because I stopped drinking caffeinated beverages a long time ago (caffeine makes me dizzy). I sure do miss iced tea! Never did smoke. Sleep position could be a factor, though I've been having headaches during the day too. I'm back to sleeping flat and on my side, though I'm trying hard not to bury my face in the pillow because I worry about doing damage to my upper jaw by putting too much pressure on it. Maybe I should try sleeping on my back again for awhile (boo!). Thanks for your reply and suggestions! Beth > > Did anyone else experience bad headaches post-op?
