Guest guest
Hey, Brittany. After two weeks, I was pretty much back to normal, but at a less-strenous level. I get tired after a short while of activity (like hiking or something with my kids) so I try to take it easy whenever I can. (like now: checking email instead of doing dishes! LOL) But I suspect you might not be able to swim competitively for several weeks. Less food intake = less energy = less activity = less energy. So eat right, take it easy, and you'll have your enery back soon (but maybe not at 2 weeks) Eileen > I was wondering how long it normally takes to return to normal day to > day activites after a lower jaw surgery.
