Hey, Brittany. After two weeks, I was pretty much back to normal, but

at a less-strenous level. I get tired after a short while of activity

(like hiking or something with my kids) so I try to take it easy

whenever I can. (like now: checking email instead of doing dishes!

LOL) But I suspect you might not be able to swim competitively for

several weeks. Less food intake = less energy = less activity = less

energy. So eat right, take it easy, and you'll have your enery back

soon (but maybe not at 2 weeks)
