You can buy a bottle of it at the pharmacy, or you can buy the gel caps, pop one and squeeze the oil out on your lips. I also liked Aquaphor, which is similar to vaseline, but not quite so gummy. It's made by Eucerin, and you get it at pharmacies, too.
