Guest guest
Now my insurance company said they'd cover it under my 1500 max a year dental allotment so if I wait until Jan 01 they will cover it but any cleanings, fillings after that will be out of pocket. Guest guest
Hi, My insurance covered for the x-rays, consultations and a portion of the jaw surgery. The genio part wasn't covered. The office wrote me a letter indicating that I had functional problems with my jaw and the insurance company didn't take issue with it. Hey, good luck on Wednesday. on > Hi on!! > He is definitely doing my wisdom teeth, it's booked for Wednesday! > Got a question, did you have the jaw surgery covered by ur insurance > company?? Did they cover a portion? My company seems to see the > surgery as cosmetic, and refuse to cover it. Did you have any luck > with insurance, if so how? Guest guest
Hi Shiloh, My insurance has allowances for 'regular' dental work and 'surgical' dental work. So, a portion of the surgery (including xrays + consultations) was covered by my policy and it didn't affect the coverage on fillings, dental scaling, etc. on > Now my insurance company said they'd cover it under my 1500 max a > year dental allotment so if I wait until Jan 01 they will cover it > but any cleanings, fillings after that will be out of pocket. > > So do tell on! > Shiloh--- In
