My surgeon did everything for me. The staff was incredible, and I

was able to get approval within third month, but I heard they had to

go through many appeals. My best bet is to go to the best surgeon

with a lot of credentials who can push the surgery for you. Best of

luck. I remember I was worried like you. Now Im a Post-oppie.

Woohoo!! 7 days, but I cant wait to see my new face. Damn, swelling.
