jaw implant & hardware removal

Hi there:

Long time, no post. I am having hardware removal this summer due

to a screw near my eye working it's way loose. While they are in

there they will be putting in jaw implants to fill out the back of

my jawline since it was pushed so far forward & up plus they will

fill in the gaps in the middle of my jaw. So anyone with personal

experience on either subject please speak up. All info is greatly

appreciated. Also do you think it's best to have all hardware

removed or just the offending piece?
