What happens if you have to sneeze?

Will that rip out everything inside? I had a tickle in my nose

earlier today and was freaked out that if I sneezed, my upper

stitches would all rip out!

Try not to sneeze! I have this technique of pinching just before the

bridge of my nose, that usually stops it.
