I am still wearing braces for quite a while and I need to exercise my face muscles a lot more now .. (told by my Ortho).. My nose still looks distorted. I hope it will go back to normal. I still have numbness on my upper jaw and still cannot fully open my mouth. I had overbite and had upper and lower jaw surgery. Lower, advanced (sagital split). What surgery did u have ?
