Hi Shiloh,

I completely understand why you made the remarks you did, don't get

me wrong, I wasn't dumping on you, I'm sorry if you took it that way.

=Oh I know you weren't dumping. I was really trying to say I do get

off topic easily ;) And that I know I need to steer clear of saying

things that can easily get someone off topic ;) I guess I wanted to

be clear...I guess I was overly clear ;) I know you wouldn't dump

on me! Guess I am overly sensitive today! Getting set to drive out

to nova scotia tomorrow...hey did Dr.T band you or wire you?

Getting back on topic! I am not going to see the dear doc for a

while and the thread about doing it alone with joe the hates to take

vacation never mind play nurse maid ;) I was wondering what I could

be in for with upper and genio? Got any suggestions? I am thinking

of putting the little guy into daycare for a bit, what would you

suggest? Keep in mind he's two and agressive! Hey I think I am

going to be offered a job soon too, which is great but then I'll

have to tell them BTW I need a few weeks off ;) Its government and

union so I don't have to worry about protection but .....

Oh well thats my frazzled life and shilohs turning thirty soon.

only a few more days!

Well, happy birthday in advance! Thirty is still puppy stage compared

to some of us seniors here (Cammie????)

Dr T doesn't wire. I asked. He did, however, wire my chin in place

with six stainless steel wires. That seems to be his preference

there. I can't feel any of it, no problems.

I had no problems after having the works (upper/lower/genio), but you

know I did a lot of non-traditional things to try to ensure that

(surgery tapes, homeopathy, MLD therapy, cranial-sac therapy, yoga,

Floradix supplements, vitamin C megadoses the week before, etc.) I'd

do all of those things again and some. Someone recently posted about

attitude, that's key too. At some point you can drive yourself crazy

thinking too much about this, if it were me, I'd just let the good

doctor do what he's best at.

I'm not experienced in child-rearing, but if it were me, I'd put the

little one in daycare. That frees you up for all sorts of things, and

yes, it's probably a good idea for him to learn to play without mom

around.

Good luck in the job prospects area!

Gotta run. Hope you have fun out east.
