Becky,

I know you're excited and all, but girl, you'd better eat all you can because it

will be awhile before you get to do it again. I always teased that before my

surgery, I was going to eat so much that I would still be full the next week.

That must have been what I did because I was over a week post-op before I got

even the least bit hungry the first time. LOL! I had no appetite at all.

Eat, girl, eat...it'll be fun. :-)

I got a date!!!

Hi everyone,

Well, the saga continues. My surgeon's office called me this

morning at work and told me my surgery has been scheduled for

Dec. 10 at 7:45 a.m. What a Christmas present. I'm still

shaking!!! I told her what Dr. Rai said about my bicuspids rocking

when he did the mock surgery on the models and she said she

would question him about that and have him call me back. She

said he said I'm ready to go. Go figure!! I trust my doc completely.

I'm positive he wouldn't operate if it was unwise. I'll be having a

Lefort I and BSSO.

I still have pre-surgery physical, blood donation and forms, etc. to

do . I'm so excited I can't eat!! Is anyone else having surgery on

Dec. 10? Let me know.

On cloud nine,

Becky

Hi Becky!

It's nice to see someone so excited about surgery :)

Seriously, I'm glad your waiting is almost over.

I'm scheduled for December 10th also (no exact time yet)

I have my pre-op appointment on December 3rd.

Good luck!

Yes, ...I'm feeling much better. My only problem now is the burning and

sticking lips. Other than that, I feel great! Thanx.

Congratulations on your date. I'm really hoping for the 8th, but the

office seemed like they wanted to do it on the 10th. O'well, neither

of those dates will likely be correct, but as long as they do it, I'm

not going to be too upset.

I hope it means good luck, too! I told my surgeon's secretary that

I'll be having a liquid Christmas and she laughed. She said it'll be

the first time I've lost weight during the holidays. Hope you enjoy

your birthday.

Smooches,

I finally got my appetite back tonight. Pizza and wings...yum!!

Bought a celebratory bottle of wine on the way home from work, too. I

figure I won't be drinking that in a couple of weeks, so I might as

well enjoy it now.

You sound like you're doing great. I hope I heal as well as you. Keep

me laughing, ok?
