Yes, my lips were smoother than a baby's bottom after using the Aquaphor. A

friend sent me a big tub of it, I think it's a lifetime supply,

and I've used it other times for dry skin, with great results. You can ask for

it at the pharmacy counter (it's used in some mixtures) or

the cosmetics counter.
