Guest guest
I am almost 6 weeks post op now (upper only, moved forward about 5 mm). However, my surgeon had told me prior to operation that my " flat cheeks " (they are not full at all and have a crease in them which looks terrible, like im 50 when im only 19) that this would be corrected by moving the jaw forward. Like I said, 6 weeks post op and theyre still there and not showing any signs of leaving. It was my primary concern before going into surgery that this would be taken care of despite being a jaw operation. What should I do??? I really like my surgeon and am not quite sure how to bring up his " promise " . I have thought about cheek implants but my parents are wholeheartedly against it as they see it as being one thing after another and they think that after I get this done (which I prob wont since they wont pay for it) that Im going to want something else. This is simply not true. I am perfectly happy with everything in my life right now besides my damn cheeks. Sorry for the language buyt I am extremely frustrated at this point. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
