Guest guest
I am going to have surgery within the next 6 weeks. I will have both upper and lower done. I think I am doing this for both functional and cosmetic reasons. Finctional reasons: I have alot of tension in my jaw and neck that is caused by my prognathism. In the past few years (I'm 35) I've also notice that my bite was shifting and some of my upper teeth were loosening. my dentist told me that I would probably loose some of my upper teeth if I didn't get my bite corrected. Cosmetic reasons: I don't like my profile, I consider myself attractive, but I am very self conscious of anyone seeing my profile and I tend not to smile very openly. I'm sure a lot of this is due to the teasing I went through as a child. Hope this helps > > Hey everyone, I'm trying to do a survey for my research paper.
