Hi Caroline Why can't you have ice-cream Eadies makes a great fat free sugar free ice cream and when I can I surely will enjoy some I am not lactose intolerant after my surgery. I enjoy 2 percent milk in my diet sugar free jello and in my cream soups and I have not been sick at all.
