Ok I made arrangements with the " Courtyard Marriott " Here in Tulsa. The gave us the best deal for all the good things we would like to have. Here is the list what the can give us. All Rooms cost $ 62 you can have King size, Queen size. or 2 double beds. for this price. Also the do have wheelchair rooms. Smoking or None smoking floors . All rooms come with : Coffee Makers Hair Dryers Iron + Full sized Ironing Board Complimentary USA today Paper Two line speaker Phone on desk Second Phone next to Bed Voicemail + Computer Data Port Remote Control TV + Free HBO Hotel Amenities : Full Breakfast Buffet Daily for a fee Indoor Heated Pool Indoor Jacuzzi Spa Exercise Room Outdoor Courtyard + Sundeck Complimentary Guest Laundry Room Complimentary Parking Now to our Meeting on Saturday > NO CHARGE FOR OUR MEETING ROOM !!!!!!!!! Ok we get together at 2 pm Saturday . We will start off with Coffee and cake ,{and Pop in case you don't drink coffee. } At 6 pm we will be served Dinner and yes you have two choices here. First Choice : Chicken Rice Palif or Potato A Vegetable Salad Dessert { mmm Chess Cake } Drinks : Coffee ,Tea or Water Second Choice : Steak { 6oz Sirloin } Baked potato A Vegetable Salad Dessert Drinks: Coffee, Tea or water Ok now to the cost for this Fun on Saturday > If you take the Chicken Dinner it will be a total of 21 $ for all this per Person . If you take the Steak Dinner it will be 22 $ total . Now the 21 $ and 22 $ per Person includes all your Coffee and pop and cake for the afternoon and evening. You pay this when you get to the meeting room that afternoon .That also includes all taxes already OK The cake is Don + My gift to you all . Yes the also have a cash bar for all the ones that like Bier, wine or Mix drinks too . Now at MIDNIGHT we all have a Toast of Champaign. Alcohol + none Alcohol .Yes this is also Included in your 21 $ or 22 $ . The only thing the DO NOT HAVE is shuttle to and from Airport. But the do have a special deal with a Taxi company . It will cost 8 $ one way . That is a good deal. Here again my Kids have offered to pick up anyone from the Airport what can not afford the Taxi!!! This Hotel is located so nice for the ones that also come By car. Very easy to get too from all Mayor Highways. So please let me know ASP so I can give you all the 1 800 # for our Meeting. I will post another Post for our Family pick nick that Sunday I do need to know what you all think about that. OK I need to know how many Adults we will have on Saturday???
