Ok I made arrangements with the " Courtyard Marriott " Here in Tulsa. The gave us the best deal for all the good things we would like to have. Here is the list what the can give us. All Rooms cost $ 62 you can have King size, Queen size. or 2 double beds. for this price. Also the do have wheelchair rooms. Smoking or None smoking floors . All rooms come with : Coffee Makers Hair Dryers Iron + Full sized Ironing Board Complimentary USA today Paper Two line speaker Phone on desk Second Phone next to Bed Voicemail + Computer Data Port Remote Control TV + Free HBO Hotel Amenities : Full Breakfast Buffet Daily for a fee Indoor Heated Pool Indoor Jacuzzi Spa Exercise Room Outdoor Courtyard + Sundeck Complimentary Guest Laundry Room Complimentary Parking Now to our Meeting on Saturday > NO CHARGE FOR OUR MEETING ROOM !!!!!!!!! Ok we get together at 2 pm Saturday . We will start off with Coffee and cake ,{and Pop in case you don't drink coffee. } At 6 pm we will be served Dinner and yes you have two choices here. The Taxi cost about 7 or 8 $ if we let the hotel know about it. What date do you return home ????? How many will be included in your party ???? Are there any single female person coming to the Party that would love to chare a room and the price of the Room.???????????Remember you can order a room with double beds in it. Are you a smoker or none smoker ?????? Does anyone need a babysitter for Saturday ??? Remember it is a Adult affair that day. But I can line up babysitters. I do not know what the charge as of right now. So I do need to know asp. I need to know August the 1 true the 10 what kind of meal you would like to have at the Party. At first I was told you couldn't have two adults and two children in a room at the 1-800 number so I called the hotel direct and they said it was ok if we had a room with two queens - That would be my daughter and myself We will be arriving by mini-van on Saturday, departing Sunday after the picnic.
