Hi

I am also havng surgery on Tuesday 23rd - This is my second opeation

and this time I will just be having lower.

Nerves at this stage are totally normal - I am nervous again -even

though I have been through upper and lower 5 weeks ago.

The last minute advice i can give would be try enjoy this weekend and

eat your favourite meal and get some good sleep too.

I took easy reading material and puzzel books to hospital with me as

I had trouble sleeping after the op.

Good Luck with your finals on Monday and the Op on tuesday.

Look on Fiddlesticks' geocities site. There's a list posted

there of things to take to the hospital, things to have on hand at

home....

I guess I'd say make sure you have sudafed and a humidifier at home.

Take a clipboard and paper or whiteboard with you to communicate. It's

the only thing I used while at the hospital.

I've been compiling a list of things to buy and things to take to the

hospital based on all of the research I have done I think it is

pretty thorough, send me an e-mail at marshv@... and I will

send them to you.
