Guest guest
.... a reputable oral and maxillofacial surgeon and orthodontist? I had braces when I was 9 then my jaw growth changed in my young adult year. For a long period of time, I have left it alone because my jaw/mouth functioned normally even though it looked asymmetric. Since I have been studying my jaw's movement for awhile. Due to the difference left and right bone sizes, my jaw slowly shifts to the left of my face and moved my teeth alignment along with it. This shift has gone out of control in the last year. Such a change has made me decide to get a orthognathic surgery this year. I have visted at least 5 or 6 different orthodontist for the past 10 years and still can't tell which of them are good. I hope I can find a excellent orthodontist and oral surgeon to lower the potential risk that are involved in doing this surgery. Can you help me? Can you guys tell me your experience on finding your orthodontist and oral surgeon? Thanks so much for helping me out --hello614
Guest guest
Where are you located? Maybe someone here can recommend a good orthodontist and surgeon. Ask around with people you know who have had braces. If you can get a referral to a good orthodontist, the ortho can refer you to a good surgeon. > ... a reputable oral and maxillofacial surgeon and orthodontist? > > I had braces when I was 9 then my jaw growth changed in my young > adult year.
