My dear friends,

Well hello from St. Louis. W are having such beautiful weather--at leat

th temperture is ood but the pollen and mold ounts are severe which of

course makes it difficult to reathe. Oh well can't have it all. I have

been enjoying watching the birds in the new feeder and bird houses and

irdths that i bought lat week.

Ben will be home tomorrow ad will leave again for switzerland and

Ireland on Saturday. I sure wish I could go with him. I am so afraid

to fly ecuse of my damaged ears. I think I am going to try a low flying

small aircrat flight to my mothers to ee how my ears do. Years ago when

I went to see dr. trentham, I flew to boston. and it wen ok. of coure

had to continually depressurize my ears on descent.

Tomorrow Ben and I will rush round ND TRY TO GET THIGS DONE FOR

WHEN HE IS GONE.lSorry for the caps. Maybe it was a freudian slip haha.

Heidi I am sorry to hear about your flood. I hope your grage sale

goes well. You hae such a wonderful familly. I can't wit to visit with

you. Hopefully round the middle of May. lWill let you know. Have you

heard anymore about the jobs you applied for on tuesay?

Roy thanks for the DR> spock messge. Isn't it the

truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I had physical therapy yestrday-it wa wonderful. Now if I could

just brings his majic hands homewith me. He massges mybck--get the

knots out ant then i can straighten up a ttle better and thus breathe

better .

My legs got better and now thy are welling again oh my.....I have

also developed and abcess on my chest and I am already on an

antibiotic!!!!for he tooth abcess.

But all in all I am great a leat mentally phyiclly andemotionally at

leat for today, so if the physiclly is not so good---3 out of 4 isn't

bad in y book.

Keep your collecti ve chins up. Look foward to lSeptember. Try to se

the glass as half ful instead of half empty if you can it eems tohelp

me.

love to all

Were you at the meeting at Point West this Saturday? I

left after a half-hour because I got tired of the

preachy - lecturey format. I attend a weekly support

group in Orangevale that meets my needs FAR more than

the Kaiser meetings.

Yup. As for lack of propriety, who's more famous for

that then our

wonderful Dr. B from SSF. It just so happens that I

was in line with like

five people from support group on Sat who were all

talking about how
