1 week before surgery and starting to panic...

okay, so i've been really cool about this whole ordeal until just

now. i just got back from the ortho to have my surgical hooks put in

and i started to have a panic attack in the chair. luckily, my

orthodontist is great... he's a Christian, as am i, and so it was

good to have him give me some encouragement.

i'm still just scared out of my wits. how will i feel when i wake

up? will i get sick to my stomach? will the swelling take longer

than normal to go away? will i pass out from lack of sustenance? i

will be wired for six weeks. its just scary all around and any

encouragement i can get from someone whose been through it would

rock.
