This is not skin tags per se. More likely vaginal warts, caused by a form of

herpes virus, also can be excised if large enough and cauterized also. You

were wise to use protection. The condition is contagious.. I have seem med

photos of genitalia, men and women's both, covered with these growths— inside

and out.
