Guest guest Posted February 9, 2004 Report Share Posted February 9, 2004 Hi. I am 4 weeks post op now and have been going for MLD (manual lymphatic drainage) for 2 weeks. The last time I went there she did a pressure massage on the roof of my mouth to open up the drainage of the nose etc. Has anyone else had this done? I was a bit worried because I had had upper jaw surgery (lefort 1) and worried that maybe it would be too much pressure on the jaw and would damage the healing. Does anyone know anything about this.
