The habit of smoking may be psychological (I'm no expert here), but it's also due to the addictive nature of what's in the cigarettes. That's why it's so hard for people to quit, your body craves the nicotine. If you've only been smoking for a couple of months, it will be far easier for you to quit now than if you wait. And gee, you could benefit from having the $$$ now (I'm a beancounter, that makes sense to me). Glad to hear things are going well for you. > Well today was my check in with my doc.
