Guest guest
I seem to remember someone posting recently about sugars. I think the sugar in your OJ is fructose, (from fruit), and your yogurt is made of mostly lactose (from dairy) which our new bodies can tolerate much easier than refined sugars and corn syrup sources. A good rule of thumb to follow is to stay under 2 grams of *bad* sugar per meal. I have watched this closely and not dumped so far. Hope this helps.
