After reading some of the allergy posts, I just wanted to mention that Activated

Quercetin by Source Naturals is a fantastic product for helping to control hives

and allergy symptoms. I take 3 pills per day and it's controlling my outside

allergy symptoms and hives. Might not work for everyone. It's in the

bioflavinoid family, same as apples.
